Summary: Draco remembers the past when his eyes meet green again.

Reflections

Draco stared into the mirror and his eyes met piercing green. He automatically thought of that day, where he’d been caught crying; a far worse disgrace then nearly being killed. Then he thought of a slightly older memory; in a robe shop, trying to conceal his mark and then seeing those eyes reflected.

This time he did not turn around, he simply walked out of the room. He must have imagined it, it must have been a reflection off the window.

Harry was dead, not looking at him in that mirror. Draco was glad it wasn’t real.

He had won.

Okay...actually I got three possibilities...all eerie!

1. Draco killed Harry and was feeling a tad guilty.

2. Harry was now in Draco (like possession).

3. Harry is haunting Draco...either imagined or litterally.

But in all I got the impression that Draco was still bad.

Am I way off base? *fumbles hands*

Okay, cool interpretations, not what I was going for, but still good.

Draco is supposed to be still on the evil side, which have just one, but looks into the mirror of erised and sees Harry behind him. But it's okay if I didn't get that across.

You know...I didn't even consider that?! *snorts at self* I thought he was looking in the bathroom mirror or something.

I had this image in my head of Draco just having woken up and standing there bleary eyed and looking in the mirror. A time when one's defenses might be down.

Ah the interpretations....
